This radio station is known to feature and play lots of music genres such as, Electro, Disco, Funk, R&B, and Soul. It is known to be hosted by the DJ named Karl Lagerfield, with the Grand Theft Auto IV version expanded in The Ballad Of Gay Tony.

It is also the default station that can automatically be played when the protagonist enters his default car and one of the most favorite radio stations by The Albanian Mob, along with another radio station called Liberty City Hardcore (L.C.H.C)
  • This radio station also plays inside Niko Bellic's Alderney Safehouse, Gay Club Hercules, and The 69th Street Diner in both games.
  • Four songs in GTA: EFLC, "Menergy" by Sylvester, "Shake Your Groove Thing" by Peaches & Herb, "Relight My Fire" by Dan Hartman and "A Lover's Holiday" by Change plays in order in the credits ending of the 2009 game Episodes From Liberty City (Or The Ballad Of Gay Tony).
  • One of the tracks in The Ballad Of Gay Tony, "Walk The Night" By Skatt Brothers, was actually a specific license of a event. Due to the death of one of the Skatt Brothers' singer's named Sean Delaney, Rockstar Games hired a private investigation by a investigator to see that the game was secured for the rights of the track as the company felt that the song was very essential to Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad Of Gay Tony.
